Duck legs have a delicious taste and texture and benefit from being slow roasted, simply season and place in the oven for around 90 minutes.

Preparation & Usage

Preheat your oven to 180ºC/ Fan 160ºC/ Gas Mark 4 and remove all packaging...

  1. Prick skin & season... Pat the skin of the duck legs with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Prick the skin and season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
  2. Roast in Oven...Place in a roasting tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 90 minutes, basting with the juices several times.
  3. Rest & Serve... Rest the meat for 10 minutes and then serve.

To cook in an air fryer

Preheat air fryer to 160oC and remove all packaging

  1. Pat the skin of the duck legs with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Prick the skin and season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
  2. Place the duck legs skin side up in your preheated air fryer for 60 minutes.
  3. Rest the meat for 10 minutes and then serve.
