Duck Burgers

with a hoisin and spring onion seasoning

Preparation & Usage

  1. Remove all packaging. Preheat grill and place burgers on grill rack.
  2. Place under grill on medium/high heat for 14-18 minutes
  3. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked.

TO COOK IN AN AIR FRYER FROM CHILLED

  1. Set temperature to 160°C. (Based on 1400W 4 litre).
  2. Place the burgers into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 13 - 15 minutes. Turn half way through cooking.
  3. Check food is piping hot.
  4. Do not reheat once cooled.
  5. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

TO SHALLOW FRY ON THE HOB FROM CHILLED:

  1. Preheat 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
  2. Remove all packaging and place burgers in the pan, reduce heat to medium.
  3. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes, turning frequently during cooking.

Burgers should always be cooked until piping hot and juices run clear
