Pork, Apricot & Pistachio Stuffing
Just 40 minutes to create the perfect accompaniment for any roast.
- 450g sausagemeat
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 large apple, grated
- 50g dried apricots, finely chopped
- 40g pistachios, roughly chopped
- Grasted zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- Place all ingredients into an oven proof dish and mix well.
- Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes on 200oC heat.
