Ingredients

  • 450g sausagemeat
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 1 large apple, grated
  • 50g dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 40g pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Grasted zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into an oven proof dish and mix well.
  2. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes on 200oC heat.
