12 Chinese Pancakes

Our Chinese pancakes are perfect filled with crispy aromatic duck, chopped cucumber and spring onions and a drizzle of hoisin sauce.

Preparation & Usage

Microwave: From Chilled

  1. Remove pancakes from carton.
  2. Heat the pancakes in the microwave inside their bag for 30 seconds (750W/Cat E).
  3. Open bag carefully and serve.

Steam: From Chilled

  1. Remove all packaging and wrap pancakes in foil.
  2. Lay the pancakes in a colander or steamer. Place over a pan of boiling water, cover and steam for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Carefully unwrap foil (caution for escaping steam) to remove pancakes, serve.
  4. Do not reheat.
