Method
- Preheat your Air Fryer 160°C
- Pat the skin of the duck legs with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- Prick the skin of the duck legs all over
- Season the duck legs all over with salt and pepper.
- Place the duck legs skin side up in your preheated air fryer for 60 minutes.
- When the duck legs are cooked cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes.
