  • Gressingham Duck legs

Method

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer 160°C
  2. Pat the skin of the duck legs with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Prick the skin of the duck legs all over
  4. Season the duck legs all over with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the duck legs skin side up in your preheated air fryer for 60 minutes.
  6. When the duck legs are cooked cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes.
