Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival – Make your own Crispy Duck Wrap!

At Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival this year our Crispy Aromatic Duck Wraps were going down so well, we thought we would share the super-easy recipe for you to enjoy at home too!

You will need:

  • A Crispy Aromatic Duck (either a half or whole duck depending on how many you want to make)
  • Tortilla wraps
  • Spring onion
  • Cucumber

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan / Gas Mark 6.
  2. Roast the duck according to the instructions on the back of the pack.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the onions and cucumber into small batons.
  4. When the duck is cooked, shred the meat and skin using two forks.
  5. Remove tortilla wraps from packaging and heat either in the microwave on a microwavable plate for 10 seconds, or in the oven wrapped in tin foil for 8 minutes.
  6. Assemble your wrap by spreading some hoisin sauce on each tortilla, adding a generous portion of duck, some spring onions and cucumber batons.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll the wrap up. Eat straight away and enjoy!
