Calling all budding chefs….

We need your favourite recipe for our cook book!

Here at Gressingham we are approaching our 50th Birthday and to celebrate we will be publishing a Gressingham cook book which will feature duck and speciality poultry recipes from our website, local chefs and from our own staff. The book will be sold in select retailers and we will also be holding a competition to win a copy.

We would love your help to make this book extra special and a celebration of our wonderful audience so are asking all budding home cooks out there for recipe submissions.

If you have a duck, poussin or guinea fowl recipe that you would like featured in the book please send it to us via e-mail on competition@gressinghamfoods.co.uk before the 15th April. We will be picking 2-3 of these recipes to feature in the book, if your recipe is chosen then it will be professionally photographed and credited to you. You will also receive a free copy of the book when it is published.
