  • 1 Salt and Pepper Spatchcock Poussin

Method

  1. Brush the spatchcock poussin with oil and season all over.
  2. Wrap the spatchcock poussin in kitchen foil keeping it flat.
  3. Cook over a medium heat for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove the kitchen foil and place back on the BBQ for 5-10 minutes longer turning regularly.
