Back for the summertime our Duck burgers with hoisin and spring onions are a tasty alternative to beef or pork. They are succulent and meaty and can be cooked in the oven, in a pan or on the BBQ. Here are some delicious suggestions for how to serve the burgers –




Serve the burger patties inside a brioche bun, topped with chopped cucumbers, sping onions and hoisin sauce – a nice change from cheese and ketchup!








Bao Buns are a light, fluffy Chinese style bun that are a great alternative to a plain burger roll. Serve the burgers in the bao buns topped with finely shredded cabbage, carrots and red onions, accompanied by chunky chips.







For something completely different try portioning the burgers up into meatballs and serve with fresh herbs and macoroni pasta.
