Gressingham launches new Chef website
Gressingham Duck® has unveiled a fresh new website targeting chefs and food professionals.
The new website from the renowned duck brand has been designed ‘For Chefs’ and provides the very best insight, inspiration and top tips when it comes to cooking its fantastic fresh duck and speciality poultry products that are perfect for restaurants and catering businesses.
With 50 years of extensive knowledge and experience, Gressingham’s new website is bursting with expert recipe inspiration, from a classic whole roast duck to succulent duck breasts and duck fat roast potatoes. Chefs and food professionals can explore cooking techniques and recipes that will work for their restaurant’s menu.
“We are thrilled to be launching a dedicated website for chefs and foodservice professionals, that not only shares information about our products but aims to inspire chefs with delicious new recipes that feature duck centre stage,” explains Rebecca Alderton, Marketing & Communications Manager for Gressingham Foods.
The website has been designed to make it easy for chefs to find out more about cooking with duck and to discover local stockists.
“We’re keen to drive sales of our range and increase brand awareness, as well as promote the versatility of duck, which pairs well with so many flavours and suits a variety of dishes from many cuisines. We would love to see duck back on the menu in restaurants and more customers inspired to recreate their own dishes with Gressingham products at home, “ Rebecca adds.
Gressingham Duck® has also teamed up with Kin Knives to offer visitors to the website a chance to win a set of three Kin Japanese Knives; the perfect high quality kitchen tools to start getting creative with recipes from the new Foodservice website. The prize includes the Kinder Petty and Santoku knives from Kin and are ideal for precision-cutting delicate meats and vegetables. The competition will run until the end of the year and can be entered via the new website; https://foodservice.gressinghamduck.co.uk/competitions/knives/
