Duck Burgers with Chilli Jam

Our popular Duck Burgers are back in this recipe with a jammy kick!
Duck burgers available in Lidl stores from 14th - 20th July 2025 and going into Aldi stores from 24th July 2025

Ingredients

  • 2 Packs Gressingham Duck Burgers
  • 4 Bread Rolls
  • Beef Tomato
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Chilli Jam

Method

  1. Bring your BBQ to a medium heat.
  2. Slice your bread rolls in half and place a lettuce leaf and slice of tomato at the bottom. On the other half, spread chilli jam all over (Stokes is our fave).
  3. Place the burgers on the BBQ, and grill for 15 minutes, turning frequently.
  4. Once cooked, place the burger on top of the tomato and lettuce, top with any sauce, then add the other half of the roll.
  5. Serve and enjoy! Best accompanied with homemade potato salad and/or chopped slaw.
