Duck Burgers with Chilli Jam
Our popular Duck Burgers are back in this recipe with a jammy kick!
Duck burgers available in Lidl stores from 14th - 20th July 2025 and going into Aldi stores from 24th July 2025
Ingredients
- 2 Packs Gressingham Duck Burgers
- 4 Bread Rolls
- Beef Tomato
- Lettuce Leaves
- Chilli Jam
Method
- Bring your BBQ to a medium heat.
- Slice your bread rolls in half and place a lettuce leaf and slice of tomato at the bottom. On the other half, spread chilli jam all over (Stokes is our fave).
- Place the burgers on the BBQ, and grill for 15 minutes, turning frequently.
- Once cooked, place the burger on top of the tomato and lettuce, top with any sauce, then add the other half of the roll.
- Serve and enjoy! Best accompanied with homemade potato salad and/or chopped slaw.
