Method

To air fry

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
  2. Place the burgers into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 13 - 15 minutes.
  3. Turn half way through cooking. Check food is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooled.

Note

Burgers should always be cooked until piping hot, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat when cut open. All cooking appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Warning: may contain bones.

The Gressingham duck is a unique breed that first came about when the small but flavourful wild Mallard was crossed with the larger Pekin duck giving a meaty, succulent duck with more breast meat, less fat and a rich gamey flavour.
