  • 1 pack Gressingham Bistro Confit Duck

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Remove from box, remove outer packaging and decant the contents of the pouch into the air fryer. To ensure golden crisp duck skin, make sure the duck is skin-side up.
  2. Cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the confit duck legs from air fryer and serve straight away.
