Air Fry Whole crispy aromatic duck with pancakes and hoisin sauce

Ingredients

  • Gressingham Whole Crispy Aromatic duck

Method

To air fry

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
  2. Remove all the packaging including the foil tray.
  3. Place in air fryer and cook for 40 minutes.
  4. Carefully remove and shred off the bone to be served with the pancakes and hoisin sauce.

To heat pancakes

  1. Place the pancake in the bag into a microwave for 35 seconds (900w/1000w) or 40 seconds (800w). Do not heat the sauce.
  2. Drizzle some sauce on each pancake and add some of the shredded duck. Roll and enjoy!

Note

Slice spring onions and cucumber into small batons and add to the pancakes when serving.
