Air fry duck à l’Orange
Slow Cooked Gressingham Duck® Legs in an Orange Sauce with candied orange slices.
Ingredients

Method
If the foil tray fits flat in the air fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Remove sleeve and pierce the film several times.
- Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the film (caution hot steam will escape which can cause scalding).
- Cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Air fry without using the foil tray
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
- Remove sleeve and film. Decant the entire conents into an air fryer liner.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
