Air fry duck à l’Orange

Slow Cooked Gressingham Duck® Legs in an Orange Sauce with candied orange slices.

Method

If the foil tray fits flat in the air fryer

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Remove sleeve and pierce the film several times.
  2. Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the film (caution hot steam will escape which can cause scalding).
  4. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Air fry without using the foil tray

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
  2. Remove sleeve and film. Decant the entire conents into an air fryer liner.
  3. Cook for 25 minutes.
  4. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
