Air fry Bistro duck legs in plum sauce

Two Gressingham Duck® legs in a Cantonese style plum sauce. Serves two and ready in just 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Bistro duck legs in plum sauce

Method

If the foil tray will fit flat in your airfryer:

  1. Preheat to 180°C.
  2. Remove sleeve and pierce film several times.
  3. Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the film (caution hot steam will escape which can cause scalding).
  5. Cook for further 10 minutes.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

To cook with the foil tray:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 160°C.
  2. Remove sleeve and film. Decant entire contents into an air fry liner.
  3. Cook for 25 minutes.
  4. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
