Air fry Bistro Duck breasts in plum sauce
Delicious duck breast in a traditional plum sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Gressingham Bistro duck breast in plum sauce
Method
If the foil tray fits flat in your air fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Remove sleeve and pierce film several times.
- Place in the air fryer for 15 mins.
- Remove the film (caution hot steam will escape which can cause scalding).
- Cook for further 10 mins. Rest for 5 mins before serving.
Using an air fryer liner:
- Alternatively, to cook without the foil tray, preheat air fryer to 160°C.
- Remove sleeve and film. Decant entire contents into an air fry liner.
- Cook for 25 mins.
- Rest for 5 mins before serving.
