Cooked Gressingham Duck® Breasts in a delicious Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • Gressingham Bistro duck breasts in orange sauce

Method

If the foil tray will fit flat in the air fryer:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Remove sleeve and pierce film several times.
  3. Place in the air fryer for 15 mins.
  4. Remove the film (caution hot steam will escape which can cause scalding).
  5. Cook for further 10 mins.
  6. Rest for 5 mins before serving.

To air fry without the foil tray:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 160°C.
  2. Remove sleeve and film. Decant entire contents into an air fry liner.
  3. Cook for 25 mins.
  4. Rest for 5 mins before serving.

The Gressingham duck is a unique breed that first came about when the small but flavourful wild Mallard was crossed with the larger Pekin duck giving a meaty, succulent duck with more breast meat, less fat and a rich gamey flavour.
