Air fry Bistro duck breasts in orange sauce
Cooked Gressingham Duck® Breasts in a delicious Orange Sauce
Ingredients
- Gressingham Bistro duck breasts in orange sauce
Method
If the foil tray will fit flat in the air fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- Remove sleeve and pierce film several times.
- Place in the air fryer for 15 mins.
- Remove the film (caution hot steam will escape which can cause scalding).
- Cook for further 10 mins.
- Rest for 5 mins before serving.
To air fry without the foil tray:
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C.
- Remove sleeve and film. Decant entire contents into an air fry liner.
- Cook for 25 mins.
- Rest for 5 mins before serving.
