Air fry Bistro Duck Breast in a Red Wine and Cherry Sauce

Method
If the foil tray fits flat in your Air Fryer
- If the foil tray fits flat in your air fryer then preheat to 180°C. Remove the sleeve and pierce the film several times.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the film (caution hot steam will escape which can cause scalding).
- Cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
To cook using an air fryer liner
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
- Remove the sleeve and film. Decant the entire contents into an air fryer liner.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
