Air fry Bistro Duck Breast in a Red Wine and Cherry Sauce

A delicious and easy mid-week treat - easy to cook - air fry in 25 minutes

Method

If the foil tray fits flat in your Air Fryer

  1. If the foil tray fits flat in your air fryer then preheat to 180°C. Remove the sleeve and pierce the film several times.
  2. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the film (caution hot steam will escape which can cause scalding).
  4. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

To cook using an air fryer liner

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
  2. Remove the sleeve and film. Decant the entire contents into an air fryer liner.
  3. Cook for 25 minutes.
  4. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
