Deliciously Simple Venison Steaks

Preparation & Usage
- Pan fry from chilled. Remove all packaging. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper, if desired. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over a medium-high heat on the hob. Place the steaks into the pan.
- Pan fry the steaks for 5-6 minutes each side for medium rare, 7-8 mins each side for medium, depending on how you like your venison cooked.
- Rest for 2 minutes in a warm place before serving. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Although every care has been taken to remove bones and shot, some may remain.
