Preparation & Usage
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a moderate/high heat.
- Lay the duck breast strips out in a flat layer in the pan
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning the strips regularly until browned slightly and juices are clear. Serve.
