Stir Fry Duck Breast

Preparation & Usage

  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a moderate/high heat.
  2. Lay the duck breast strips out in a flat layer in the pan
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning the strips regularly until browned slightly and juices are clear. Serve.
  4. Serve.
