Poussin
Poussin is a butchers term for a young chicken. Our poussin are a breed that is naturally slow-growing, so you get meat that’s young and tender yet thoroughly flavourful. Our poussin are grown on locally-approved farms by our friends the Leon family in Brittany, France.

Preparation & Usage
Oven cook from chilled. Preheat oven to 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5...
- Pre-heat oven to 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5.
- Remove all packaging, place the bird on a baking tray and season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
- Cook for 45 minutes, basting regularly with its juices. Cook until piping hot and the juices run clear.
