Preparation & Usage
- Shallow fry: From Chilled
- Remove all packaging and heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Cut away any sinew or discoloured parts.
- Add the livers and season (to taste).
- Cook for 6-7 minutes turning frequently to avoid burning. Serve immediately.
