Preparation & Usage
- Preheat your oven to 160ºC/Fan 140ºC/Gas mark 3 and remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add meat and cook for 4-5 mins until browned.
- Add a selection of root vegetables and 400ml stock, bring to the boil.
- Transfer to an ovenproof/casserole dish, cover and place in oven for 2-3 hours until thoroughly cooked and the meat is tender.
