Crispy Aromatic Shredded Duck with Pancakes & Hoisin Sauce

Carefully prepared crispy aromatic shredded duck, complete with 8 Chinese style pancakes and hoisin sauce. Simply roast the shredded duck, prep the pancakes and your veg and assemble with the pancakes to enjoy.

Preparation & Usage

Serving suggestion...Try adding spring onions and cucumber (not included) into the pancakes.

  1. Remove from sleeve... Oven cook from chilled. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, Fan 180ºC, Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the pancakes and sauce to one side.
  2. Place in the oven... Transfer the duck into the larger tray compartment and place onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Assemble the pancakes... To heat the pancakes place the bag in the microwave for 30 seconds (750W/Cat D) or 20 seconds (850W/Cat E). Do not heat the sauce. To serve, spread some sauce on each pancake and add some of the shredded duck. Roll and enjoy!
