Crispy Aromatic Shredded Duck with Pancakes & Hoisin Sauce
Carefully prepared crispy aromatic shredded duck, complete with 8 Chinese style pancakes and hoisin sauce. Simply roast the shredded duck, prep the pancakes and your veg and assemble with the pancakes to enjoy.
Preparation & Usage
Serving suggestion...Try adding spring onions and cucumber (not included) into the pancakes.
- Remove from sleeve... Oven cook from chilled. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, Fan 180ºC, Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the pancakes and sauce to one side.
- Place in the oven... Transfer the duck into the larger tray compartment and place onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Assemble the pancakes... To heat the pancakes place the bag in the microwave for 30 seconds (750W/Cat D) or 20 seconds (850W/Cat E). Do not heat the sauce. To serve, spread some sauce on each pancake and add some of the shredded duck. Roll and enjoy!
