RDC Support, Training & Compliance Manager

REPORTING TO: Group Chilled Goods Warehouse Manager

OVERALL AIM OF THE JOB:
To ensure RDC material, staffing, infrastructure, BRC and H&S records are efficiently maintained.

MAIN TASKS:

1. Ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the RDC office at Redgrave.
2. Liaise with Sales, and Factory Manager regarding daily orders
3. Process intake and delivery notes (PDN)
4. Record RDC KPI’s and update TMS with staff clocking’s.
5. To train staff in a positive, professional manner, ensuring they are motivated, informed and working as efficiently as possible in accordance with working procedures and health and safety regulations, liaising with the Training Department where required.
6. Identify and deliver the on-the-job training required for dispatch staff; liaise with Chilled Warehouse Manager regarding other training needs.
7. Maintain staff training records and schedule any training needed.
8. Promote safe work activities by conducting meetings with team members
9. Liaise with Health and Safety Manager
10. Maintain all aspects of company policy (as per the Company Handbook).
11. Any other duties required connected with poultry processing.

Hours to be worked Mon to Fri 7am to 4pm
(Please be advised additional hours will be required during the Company’s Christmas Campaign)
