Job Title: Production Operative

Salary/Rate: £9,50 – £11.50/hour

Location; IP22 1SA, Redgrave, Suffolk

Description: Gressingham foods are the largest Duck producer in the UK.

Slaughter and evisceration Line leader

Previous experience required within this area of the industry managing a team of 20 – 40 staff.

Shift hours: Mon – Fri 06:00 – 14:30 or 14:30 – 23:00 (additional hours required for Christmas production)

Pay Rate: £10.45 – £11.50 / hour+ £50 Attendance bonus (based on attendance if full week is worked)

Slaughter and evisceration Line workers

No experience required as full training will be given.

Shift hours: Mon – Fri 06:00 – 14:30 or 14:30 – 23:00 (additional hours required for Christmas production)

General operative £9.50 / hour+ £40 Attendance bonus (based on attendance if full week is worked)

Forklift driver £10.00 – £10.45 / hour+ £50 Attendance bonus (based on attendance if full week is worked)

Live bird hang on or Slaughter operative £9.70 – £10.45 / hour+ £50 Attendance bonus (based on attendance if full week is worked)

PIA Operative  £10.45 – £11.15 / hour+ £50 Attendance bonus (based on attendance if full week is worked)

Butchery Line Leader

Previous experience required within this area of the industry managing a team of 20 – 40 staff

Shift hours: Mon – Fri 06:00 – 14:30 or 14:30 – 23:00 (additional hours required for Christmas production)

Pay Rate: £11.15 – £11.50 / hour+ £50 Attendance bonus (based on attendance if full week is worked)

Butchery Line workers (Deboning Duck and Turkey)

Previous Butchery experience required.

Shift hours: Mon – Fri 06:00 – 14:30 or 14:30 – 23:00 (additional hours required for Christmas production)

Pay Rate: £9.50 – £10.00 / hour + £50 Attendance bonus (based on attendance if full week is worked)

Packing Line Leader

Previous experience required within this area of the industry managing a team of 10 – 20 staff.

Shift hours: Mon – Fri 06:00 – 14:30 or 14:30 – 23:00 (additional hours required for Christmas production)

Pay Rate: £11.15 – £11.50 / hour

Packing Line worker

Shift hours: Mon – Fri 06:00 – 14:30 or 14:30 – 23:00 (additional hours required for Christmas production)

Pay Rate: £9.50 / hour + £40 Attendance bonus (based on attendance if full week is worked)
