ASSISTANT TURKEY FARM MANAGER
Dedicated welfare conscious assistant manager required for our Free range Turkey farm near Norwich,
The assistant manager is required to work closely with the current farm manager and at times with the senior agricultural management team, you must have:
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Planning skills
– Good written and spoken English
– Good comunicator
– Good IT skills / Computer literate.
– Well organised
– Familiar with farm assurance schemes (But not essential)
– Full driving licence
– Strong management skills
– Hands on team player
– Good communicator
We are recruiting for the future so this will position will lead to a manager’s position.
This is a salaried position with a very competitive salary. Package including Company Profit Related Bonus Scheme
