The Ultimate Night in!
Autumn is the season for getting cosy indoors with loved ones and enjoying a delicious meal together. Our ultimate night in involves lighting a scented candle (we love the Winter candle from The White Company), opening a bottle of fizz or making a cocktail for pre dinner drinks. Cooking a delicious duck meal using one of our Gressingham recipes, preferably with someone else doing the washing up! Then finishing off the night by getting cosy under some fairy lights and a DUSK wool blend snuggly blanket with a box of chocolates. Heaven!
One of our current favourite recipes is the signature dish from our new recipe booklet – duck breast with a peppercorn and honey sauce. It is very simple to make, simply combine shallots, peppercorns, honey, red wine, dijon mustard and honey in a pan while cooking the duck breast. Serve with creamy mash and green beans.
