How to make Duck Crackling!!

If like us you like your duck with a crispy skin then you should definitely give ‘duck crackling’ a try. When preparing your whole duck, duck legs or duckbreasts trim off the excess fat, cut into thin strips and place into a hot frying pan until crisp (this will only take a minute or so). You can then serve as part of a salad, your favourite duck recipe or enjoy as a snack.
