Highlights from Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival 2017

We had a great time exhibiting at the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival this year, Gressingham had a stand selling raw products and one selling delicious crispy duck wraps. It was fantastic to see new local producers and members of the public, as well as watching a brilliant cooking demonstration showcasing Gressingham Duck in the Tiptree tent.

For our latest blog we have put together highlights from the festival to show you what is hot in Suffolk produce now!

Local Woodbridge chef Pascal produced a delicious Duck Leg with Blackberry Sauce and Dauphinoise Potatoes using Gressingham Duck. Mauli, the head chef from The Turks Head in Hasketon, created a fantastic dish of Hay Smoked Duck Breast (find the recipe Here).

Our crispy Aromatic duck wraps went down a treat in the Gressingham tent.

There were plenty of new brands to get excited about, including L.A Brewery, who were selling a refreshing and zingy kombuchadrink, which happens to be great for your gut too!

Bonallack are fresh on the scene and one to watch with their Great Taste award winning granola.

As well as well-loved brands like Adnams, paying tribute to their local roots!

Tiptree were also showcasing their new range of delectable gin liqueurs.

We had a fantastic weekend in the sun celebrating the best of Suffolk produce and look forward to the event next year.
