Gressingham launches new duck steaks

Gressingham have just launched a new healthy pan fry duck steak product. The Duck Steak in a Ginger, Coriander and Lime marinade takes just 10minutes to cook and contains less that3%fat.

The skinless duck steaks are extremelyquick and simple to cook, just place them in a pan for 8-10 minutes turning once half way through cooking. Rest in a warm place for 5 minutes and the steaks are ready to serve. The steaks are very healthy too with less than 3g of fat making them agreatoption for a low fat and quick mid-week supper.
