Use all of your leftover meat, stuffing and vegetables in this Boxing Day Pie. The trick to this recipe is to add the stuffing on top of the meat and vegetables to stop the pastry from sinking. You can add carrots, parsnips, greens – anything you like really! Use shop bought pre made shortcrust pastry to save time. For the full leftover pie recipe click here.
