We really invest in our apprentices and offer a comprehensive package tailored to their needs, whether this is through:

- – Providing laptops to aid their studies
We offer a standard £10.50 per hour wage on weekdays. £13.99 for weekends.

Butchery
Butchery is one of the oldest crafts in the world and is often where innovation meets tradition to create an industry full of character and camaraderie that plays a critical role in our social and economic future.

Poultry
The key role for a poultry worker is to raise the animals with optimal welfare and consideration for their needs throughout the different stages of their life. It is practical work involving a combination of technology and manual labour.

Warehouse
Work includes taking deliveries, moving, and storing stocks, maintaining records. They use a range of equipment, machinery, and vehicles.

Process Operator
A key role within the factory, operators complete processing tasks to contribute to the manufacture of safe and compliant poultry products. Working within teams they monitor product quality and assist with stock control.
