We aim to provide you with the best possible delivery service so that the products you order are delivered efficiently and securely to help ensure that you are able to enjoy their quality.
We use national courier company TNT to cover all areas of mainland UK. They will deliver your order between 7am and 5pm. You will need to sign for your order at the delivery address you have stipulated at the checkout. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.
You (or someone on your behalf) must be available at the delivery address to receive, inspect and sign for your order. If a customer is not available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, TNT will leave a card with details of how the delivery can be collected from their local depot. The freshness of the products in your delivery is only guaranteed up to the agreed delivery date/time. If the delivery is not signed for and products stored immediately according to their instructions, we cannot be held accountable if they are not fresh once collected from the depot. The cost of any produce spoilt as a result of a customer not being available at the agreed date/time to take delivery will be wholly born by the customer. No refunds will be made.

We aim to deliver your order on a date that is most suitable for you. Generally deliveries will take place within 3 working days of your order being placed. Please note that if you place your order after 4pm it will not be processed until the following day e.g.
Please be aware that we are unable to deliver on any Tuesday which occurs directly after a public or bank holiday.
Christmas – our cut-off date to guarantee a Christmas delivery is Wednesday 15th December. We are unable to make deliveries on Friday 24th, Saturday 25th, Sunday 26th, Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th or Wednesday 29th December.
New Year – our cut-off date to guarantee New Year deliveries is Wednesday 22nd December. We are unable to make deliveries on Saturday 1st January, Monday 3rd January or Tuesday 4th January.
